Worried about nose cancer or tumours

Tonight I have noticed that I have huge lumps on my nose but like under the skin? They don’t hurt they just feel like bone. It doesn’t feel normal though. I’m panicking so bad and literally having a panic attack right now because I’m worried it’s cancer or a tumour or something. I don’t know what to do. Is it normal? Do other peoples noses feel like this? I’ve never felt this before and it just feels weird. Please help.

IMO it sounds perfectly fine, but only your doctor can tell you for sure. Poking and prodding at our bodies will drive health anxiety. The body is not symmetrical, and it is full of lumps and bumps and so on.
