So I made some of the cookies you just bake and baked them. The ones from child hood with the christmas trees on them. After I baked them and took them off the pan I noticed a clump of cookie that was stuck and ate it and it tasted a little gooey/under baked. The cookies taste fine. Could I get sick from that even though it wasn't completely raw?

No, you won't get sick from eating it. It wasn't enough to make you sick although it's not a good idea to eat uncooked flour products. It won't kill you if you do eat it and as you only had a tiny bit, it won't harm you at all.

The worst case scenario is that it contains a bit of harmful bacteria in it, but your immune system will fight it off. We contact unclean stuff everyday and consume them without noticing, so it will be fine. :)

That is true that there could have been harmful bacteria in it, even worms! But what you had was so minute that it probably wouldn't have any effect on you. Money is worse, think about how many people touch that and then we put our hands to our mouths and face.

Think about cookies... cookies are basically, flour, sugar, eggs and maybe a flavoring. When you bake cookies. .. there anow easy way to tell whether you will be I'll from it. Was the cookie hot to the touch? If yes...then it was most likely too hot for salmonella too. And obe more thing going too ...there's a reason they say to let cookies cool completely before eating besides it being too hot.. cooling cookies gives the sugar in the cookies time to recrystalize. When the cookie recrystalizes... the cookie harden . You have nothing to worry about.
