Why can I not shake this off?

My brain is telling me these feelings are anxiety my body is still tense and feeling real pain.

Coccyx and lower back pain, I think being caused by my constant clenching of my pelvic floor muscles. Uncomfortable, painful and tiring!

I know I am being silly, these symptoms are from anxiety but I cannot shake it off. This weekend I went away with my husband, relaxed and hardly noticed the feelings, today back working and a client causing me problems ( I am self employed) and it is worse than ever! Really uncomfortable tonight.

Hi Donnadoobie. The good news is that it sounds like you understand what is going on with you. What a nice advantage that is. Give yourself time to get past this and remember what a nice weekend you had with your husband.

Hi Donna,
I have the same problems! What helps me is rest and a heating pad :) I think it's very reassuring that the symptoms subsided when you were distracted. Best of luck!
