Everything is wonderful, and you are mostly happy go lucky as long as yourself experiences no worries, symptoms , etc however the thought of something bad happening makes you question how you would handle it...

All of us have this issue we think about something bad and then how we will respond.
You have to train your mind to worry about it when it happens but not now.
We can't control anything but what's inside our minds that's it.
