His logic was since my heart palpitates during a panic attack. .. then this would help. I had a bad feeling too that's why I didn't fill the prescription.... I suppose my intuition was right.o_O
Yeah, I really think so! Your intuition was right. You were right to ask on here too! Although I think as it causes the heart to flutter and you already have a fluttery heart, I wouldn't advise it. I'm glad you've seen sense.

There something about being able to look at the walls that provides a sense of peace. When I look out at the wide world .. I know that there are just too many things that can go wrong. Other cars and being in a big building and wide open spaces period. Home is a place of certainty and predictably that I just can't let go of. The safety of home... . They call it agoraphobia. .. I call it .... sanity.

What do you mean about seeing letters and dots at night? Do you mean in a dream or when you are awake? What kind of letters are they? Are they in colour and do they spell anything out?

I see them after I have closed my eyes for a few seconds always in black color. At night time. The doctor told me it was part of my anxieties.Sometimes I see just letters all messed up but I also have seen small sentences to,then there are times when all i see is black dots and I can see them moving until my eyes adjusts.

Wow! And sometimes you see sentences as well! That is amazing and a little freaky! lol

The reason I asked is that if you see letters, I was wondering if they made any sense to you? As you see sentences they may well make some sense to you. Are they gobbledygook or are they coherent sentences. Your subconscious may be telling you something.

I am like this with dreams. I always look and see if it is symbolic of anything I can make head or tail of. I've been dreaming a lot lately but I haven't been able to remember them. It may be because of the Prozac I'm not sure. I thought the Prozac made you dream more and I am aware of having dreams. I'm just not catching them in time when I wake up. I tend to forget where my mind was when I have a dog's wet nose shoved in my ear!

If your pills aren't working Carol then tell your doctor about it. You may need a different brand to help you. Perhaps you have become immune to the ones you are taking.

With all the complaints I have heard you mention about your doctor, I think you need to register with a different one. Or perhaps you could make an appointment when she isn't there. That way you will end up seeing a different doctor. You are entitled to a second opinion.

What is the matter with these doctors nowadays? Surely they must listen if something isn't working. It is their job to make sure that their patients get better. That means giving out the proper medication.

My mother in law is in the hospital for heart ailments and I feel like a bad person for not being there with my husband. I know how you feel about going out and being away from home. I need to be there and i'm too big of a chicken to go. I should be ashamed of myself.

I'm sorry you're feeling like that Sis! I understand how you feel guilty for not being there. Does your Mum in Law know how you suffer? You can maybe call the hospital and they will take the phone to her bed and you can talk to her. Or send her a flower delivery. There are ways that you can show you care. I'm sure your hubby made your excuses for you. Try not to feel so bad about it. You are sick and it isn't your fault. You can't help it.

This is what I did when my parents were in the hospital I called and they talked to me from there room. They know I couldn't come there to see them and a phone call was good enough just to show them I loved them and cared.I also sent them a card.

She can't talk on the phone right now she's got complications from the operation. Fluid is building up around her lungs and she has a tube down her throat and a tube draining her lungs sticking out of her sides .

Lord help me. buspirone hydrochloride. I don't k know how it will treat you however, it made me agitated and dizzy. But, to its credit... it kept the panic attacks away most of the time. Waiting is the hardest part but, do it anyway. .. Because you have to keep in mind that maybe this time they will figure it out and your life will be substantially better. I have an appointment tomorrow to get my heart checked. I figure that if I get my heart checked and everything turns out ok then maybe I will be more inclined to face my amaxophobia if i take away the fear of a heart attack.
