Chamomile tea is one of the most effective in recuperating our mental health, especially when sleeping. It is one of the herbal juices that are deemed effective in the market. I have been drinking this tea for almost a year and I know reaped very good results. I believe it is very good for people with depression especially that they have to recover enough sleep.

St. John's Wort really helped me. It did not cure my depression by any stretch of the imagination, but it sort of took the edge of the the despair that I felt to a point where I was able to function a little more normally. Just being able to make myself get up and go to things did wonders for my mood, and eventually I slowly got to a good point in my life. I attribute at least a healthy chunk of this to the St. Johns Wort. Before I would just sit in my dorm and I couldn't even convince myself to get up and go to class. The guilt I felt over not going, and the worthlessness it made me feel just had me in a spiral. Cant remember now where I read at the time to try the St. Johns Wort, but im glad that I did!
