What little things help decrease your anxiety?

Well like a lot of the other users here I would have to say that it is those little things that really do make a big difference, and I would have to agree with kelden and just taking the time for a deep breath can make a world of different. For something more substantial, though, I do enjoy reading as a nice little escape, but me go to is a little bit of exercise. I am not talking a long run or anything, but something small like a set of push ups or sit ups, or those hand squeezers that work that forearm...those are always good for me.

I don't know about 'little' thing but drinking alcohol definitely helps you gain the confidence to not care about some of the things you care about. I'm not an alcoholic or anything but I think it helps to have a bit before going in for interviews or making a presentation or something.
