What kinds of people annoy or irritate you?

I am annoyed by people who think too highly of themselves and are openly condescending. They talk like they're perfect and act like they're the greatest gift to mankind. They express their opinion on anything and everything and belittle anyone who dares to contradict. There are many people like that in the different echelons of society and I try to avoid them as much as possible.

The people that annoy me the most are those that think they are better than everyone else. I've always been a pretty laid back sort of person and will take people on face value. Everyone to me is equal and it doesn't matter hat job you've got or how much money you make, if you're OK with me then I'll be OK with you but these days I think more and more people are looking at their material possessions and thinking that because they own something that another person doesn't then that makes them a better person, and that isn't the case at all.

I think I can find irritable traits in every single person out there.  I think it's the reason why I like to be alone most of the time.  I feel at ease that way.  Being alone is the only sure way to peace and serenity.  You might miss the conversations, but the sheer fact that there will be someone there to bother you eventually, is just another reason for seclusion.
