I was in my gym lesson, getting really worn out and suddenly had this feeling of wanting to throw up, with this gas bubble like feeling in my throat-- and weird thing here, I am physically unable to burp, so I can do nothing about it-- Then my breathes went shallow as I started feeling anxious, and I had to go straight to the bathroom... and eventually I calm down, and am typing this down. I also felt like I didn't have enough oxygen ad I kept seeing black in front of my eyes, and I remember being ridiculously anxious about an itchy feeling in my throat that caused me to cough for 5 minutes. Then this happened. Idk if it is related to anxiety.
This has never happened before. Hopefully I can remain okay for the rest of my lesson.

Hopefully, you are okay now? It sounds like you had a panic attack brought on by a coughing fit. Take a deep breath and hold it in, let it out slowly. To stop a coughing fit, sip some water straight away. Then suck on a sweet. Are you okay now?

Yeah, I'm okay now, and strangely it made me feel better when in an open area or facing an open door... That was strange. I hope that doesn't happen again anytime soon!

This happens to me sometimes even when I’m not exercising. Even down to the throat itching which is interesting to me because I hadn’t heard of anyone else experiencing that particular anxiety symptom. My health anxiety will cause me to get panic attacks like this when I’m working out sometimes. I used to run all the time, etc etc, but then I guess I subconsciously start to think of my heart giving out or anything else and give myself a panic attack. Or they come on like how yours sounded today even when a moment before I felt mentally pretty well.

thanks, that makes me feel better knowing I'm not the only one experiencing this. And that was very clear and informative. Thank you.

Sounds like the symptoms I had when I got panic attacks. Happened to me in line at post office, at the gym, at home late at night.
