My symptoms of anxiety don't all happen at the same time but maybe a few at a time... Here are the ones I've had over the years. I've never taken any medication, don't do drugs, don't drink, don't smoke...

- heart palpitations
- excessive urinating
- can't catch full breath
- feeling of wanting to cry
- hopeless
- fear of unknown
- skin gets super hot then cold..constantly changes
- dizzy
- fatigue
- exhaustion
- loss of appetite
- sensitive to food smells, loud noises, voices
- mood changes in an instant
- body shakes
- Insomnia
- constantly rehearsing situations in the brain...

There are literally hundreds of anxiety symptoms. I have had all the ones you mention.

Regular exercise is a must. Swimming is best for me if you can find a pool open.

Pretty much the same for me. I do take Klonopin but try to take as small amount as possible and mostly just to help with sleep so still have many symptoms almost every day. I have always had anxiety but feel more depressed over the past 8 months or so, so I think the symptoms are a combination of both.

Anxiety is in overdrive at the moment and I am currently experiencing a number of those symptoms. Biggest one being a constant feeling of hopelessness/doom and gloom. I’m deeply cycinal and negative right now.

I feel constantly on edge and sick to my stomach. Heart racing like crazy and just can't relax. Dread waking up everyday to the same thing.

I relate to the above. The sciaticia killed me for months.

relating to a lot of these... like a true hypochondriac i don’t want to say everything i experience is only anxiety, but it’s good to know that others do get these symptoms from anxiety... good to know for some way to relate, not good that we have these...

Hi. Every single one of the symptoms you mention are so very typical of anxiety. And there are many more. In fact it's true to say that the symptoms are endless. After many years of experience in counselling It always surprised me when someone came up with something new. One thing anxiety sufferers have is a vivid imagination. But that imagination can be used for good or ill. We rarely use it for good but tend to see only the negative side. Palpitations were what precipitated me into anxiety many years ago. I was literally terrified. If only I had known what I now know, but hindsight is all very well! I must have worn out many ECG machines, but did I believe them when they said I was OK? Oh no! We convince ourselves we have such and such a problem, in spite of being told otherwise. It took some considerable time in intensive counselling for me to see what was happening. No one or thing was doing this to me, I was doing it to myself.

I have been having a lot of stomach issues as of late. Also, migraines are back. Was pretty good for awhile with not getting any now back to getting at least one per week. And the last few have been more intense than I am used to. Struggling big time with my concentration and motivation for work.

Now when you mention the word 'struggling' it gives an indication of the problem. Struggling, fighting 'IT', trying to get rid of 'IT' is counter productive. When you struggle and try to fight 'IT' the adrenaline flows more and more and the more you get upset. In the dictionary the word to fight is 'to enter into combat with'. Fighting takes so much energy, energy we have not got. 'Give up' the struggle. Not 'give in' that's different. Accept that, for the moment, you will feel that way. Accept it all with as much calmness as you can muster. Not easy by any means. Acceptance, while not working immediately, does eventually calm the nerves and allows you to reason. It's your reaction to 'IT' that causes the problem.

Burning and prickling sensations in my skin are the worst of my anxiety symptoms. Also the feeling of cold water splashing on my skin, or a sensation like my clothes are wet.
