I fear having a heart attack during a panic attack and I suppose on that note... I suppose the real fear would be death. I suppose I feel that if I stay home .. i'm able to some how have a better chance of controlling the panic attack to where the heart attack won't occur. Kinda da wierd huh?

Good question.

I think most of my little fears are social anxiety related. Fear of people looking at me and judging. My biggest fear though.. is probably losing financial stability and not being able to support close people to me.

i fear death to I am always afraid that I won't be dead and I will wake up while they are cremating me.Then I will be screaming to get out alive.Crazy fear I know but I have heard of stuff like where someone wasnt dead, for instance there was a four year old girl who was supposedly dead she was pronounce dead by the doctors funny thing is she woke up right in the middle of her funeral in church of all p\lace got up and crawled out of her coffin. How scary is that. ?

I feel very uncomfortable when someone looks at me like I think what are they thinking.I suppose it comes from the way my mother treated me always saying i will never have any friends even made fun of my looks ,i told her well I was told I look like you just to shut her up.

I think you have social anxiety maybe? I get a feeling I'm being judged just from walking along the street every day.

My greatest fear? Hmm? Well, I think it would have to be coming back into my next life and reliving it the same as this one. I believe in reincarnation and I think it has to do with what frequency we vibrate at. I think we attract those frequencies each life until we sort them out.

There is heaps of stuff I want to work out in my life. My fear is not being able to do it before I die. I'm not afraid of death because I don't really see that death exists if we just keep coming back. I'm frightened of the life that may come afterwards. Not having the knowledge that I've learned so far in this one. Will I have bad parents again? Will I have all the same problems again? These are the things that scare me.

When I was in Egypt Carol, I think it was the Temple of Kom Ombo. There was a man sitting on the ground outside with all these coil baskets. It turned out he had snakes in them. We paid him a token and then he let me sit with the snake coiling itself around my neck! It was cute, it was his pet snake.

I most certainly will say a prayer for you, Carol.

The Memorare.
Remember, O most gracious Virgin Mary,
that never was it known that anyone who fled to your protection,
implored your help or sought your intercession, was ever left unaided.
Inspired with this confidence, I fly to you, O Virgin of virgins, my Mother.
To you I come; before you, I stand, sinful and sorrowful.
O Mother of the Word Incarnate, despise not my petitions, but in your mercy hear and answer me.
Let Carol of New England feel relaxed and calm on Tuesday when she goes on her trip to the doctors. Please ensure that she feels peace and calm and enjoys her treat of doughnuts.
Thank you blessed virgin Mary for granting my request.
Amen

I'm okay thanks, Carol. I have to take Loopy to the vet this afternoon which I've already felt anxious about this morning already!

I might take a pill if it gets too bad although I will try to go without. I would feel much better if everything came to my door. lol. But that wouldn't do me very good, would it! In a few days, I'm going to the next village to scour around the charity shops for some new films to watch. I keep meaning to take the dogs to the beach as well. To do that though I have to get up really early and get the first bus. Two of them at the same time will be too much to handle as well, so it will have to be one each day. Shame my car isn't working at the moment. Still, some 1 on 1 with each dog might do them and me good.

Try to sprinkle some lavender on your pillow, around your bed, on the carpet beside your bed. If you have a wooden headboard you can even rub the lavender oil on it. It will help you to sleep like a baby. Good luck on Tuesday, I'll be thinking of you and will say a prayer for you to be relaxed and enjoy the outing.

I can understand your fears of going to the vet, just going out is a big task for me.Oh Please take me to the beach with you I would love it.It would be better then going to the doctors and i absolutely love the beach too, I would even go in the water.providing there is no sharks lol. They are having problems with men of war now I see, those things are huge I use to see them sometimes whenever my dad and i went fishing.I just love the water I must have been born a fish lol.Good luck with the bus i will say a prayer for you too.

Well, I managed to take my puppy to the beach and I thought of you! The sunrise this morning was really lovely on the water. It made it all glisten. There were seagulls on the beach and of course, Carl had to chase them off! He went in for a swim to chase some stones I was throwing for him but I didn't go in swimming it would have been too cold! lol.

You would be very safe here. There are no shark infested waters on the English coast! But we do get stinging jelly fish!

Oh that sounds so nice and watching the sunrise over the water is so beautiful, when we had our cottage we had this huge bay window where I could see the sunrise every morning and the sunset to.When I use to go fishing with my dad the seagulls would sworm around our boat they were looking for the fish we caught sometimes we would just throw the fish back in especially if it was a cunner or a sea robin. they were junk fish and oh my god you want to see one of the ugliest creatures around a spider crab they are so dirty looking and ugly. They almost look like a big rock .. I wish I see your beach.

One of my fears is that I would be pronounced dead and when they went to go and cremate me I would wake up and be screaming let me out of here then of course I would die for sure.Or that I would just wake up in the coffin and start hollering and nobody would hear me.I have heard of a case where these doctors pronounced a four year old girl dead right in the middle of her funeral she woke up and came right out of the coffin I kid you not this was on the news.Ya I know I would have freaked out if I was there I will tell you that the same thing happened to this boy they were about to berry him, he woke up all I got to say is I better be dead when they stick me in that thing. I dont want to wake up in the coffin because I know for sure I will die of a panic attack.
