What about gaba supplements for anxiety? Anyone tried it?

I know Dr. Amen recommends gaba so wondering if its worth a try.

Supplements can have a positive effect on the body system. Supplements naturally contain vitamins. Dr Amen sounds fantastic, i say his last name often, hoping for the blessing.

hi, ive just started taking gaba today but from a specific medication and treatment. its called gabatrof epi. dont very much know how it works but i hope it helps. read something about not good taking gaba and benzos at the same time and ive been on clonazepam since 15 years . i hope it work or dont make me feel work worse at least.
