For awhile now i have had very strange symptoms. It all started when i hit my head and had bad whiplash and got a concussion. 4 years later i still have bad migraines my legs tremble uncontrollably when i bend to do things like changing my tire and even walking down the stairs at times. if i hold a glass or my phone my hand starts to tremble after awhile. I feel like my cognitive ability is declining. I have had so many blood tests and xrays, colonoscopy's done and everything has come back normal. Im scared its something like ALS or cancer because im so tired all the time. my voice gets hoarse mid way through the day. I have pins and needles at times too. There are a lot of symptoms like feeling tired after eating sugar but i haven't found anything wrong yet.

Welcome Bacon (my favorite food), that's alot of symptoms you're suffering through. Seems incredible that all of that testing didn't come up with anything. One good thing is that you have Health Anxiety with good test results which is much better than having Health Anxiety plus have something seriously wrong. Again, welcome.

I can almost assure you that you do NOT have ALS - ALS is not a trembling, it is a very noticable weakness that is often times accompanied by muscle twitching. With ALS, you might not even be able to hold the phone.

It sounds like all this is related to the whiplash. I woudl suggest going to a doctor and have then do some examination - I think everything you are experiencing can be tied to the whiplash.
