Weird foot feeling

hi everyone
i have a weird "burning" feeling in my left foot, both my feet are cold also especially the toes.
I'm so in panic, will i die? is it a blood clot? will they have to cut my foot? please help

it started yesterday, i took a bath today and it went away for the time i was in there i suppose because of the heat of the water.
15-20 minutes later i was sitting and it came back..

I remember stubbing my middle toe a bit hard a couple of hours before the cold feeling started to come, can it be that?

Sounds like sciatic nerve. I’ve had LOTS of leg and foot feelings over the years from it. Tickles, crawling, burning, numbness, cold, itching, etc. I’d suggest a cold compress on your bum/low back area for about twenty minutes. Stretch a lot. Maybe go see a chiropractor. I have one that helps me a lot.
