I'm wondering if its because my meds stop working after a certain time ??

But tonight I started seeing stars and floaters in my vision and my chest started hurting like I couldn't breathe. It's hard to describe. Almost like I was out of breathe and I just feel super disoriented. I'm disappointed because today hasn't been bad at all. But not I'm twitching. My mouth is dry and I feel that super bad anxiousness coming on. I'm scared yet again, :( . I'm glad I have here to vent because it helps a lot.

That happened to me this past weekend. I had a great Friday and most of Saturday and then all of a sudden I had a panic attack. Heart rate at 140, BP at 135/90 (which is high for me)....I had to take a whole Lorazapam to calm down. I was so disappointed and felt like I was back sliding. I was fine again till Monday and I felt one starting and took a half a Lorazapam so it wouldn't get worse. My therapist said that even though we don't know the triggers sometimes it can be lack of sleep, something we ate, if we get hot or cold....I am in week 4 almost 5 of anxiety and panic but each day I feel better. We have to focus on our good days and try not to overthink or dwell on our bad days. Hang in there....this too shall pass.

it's a good idea to try and take your meds at the same time every day. if you do this, they shouldn't really "wear off" at a certain time.

the thing to remember is that meds aren't a magic bullet. they won't cure your anxiety but they will help reduce it and take the edge off. therapy is a great way to fix the rest. it's also important to remember that you're a human being and that experiencing emotions beyond happiness is totally normal. this, unfortunately, includes some anxiety.

please don't be discouraged! today's a new day.
