More updates and more symptoms! Eventually I'll get annoying. But here I am. Weird symptoms this morning. Tingling throughout my body. My legs, every time I walk, they feel forigen. Or wobbly. Not like I lose my balance or anything. Just odd feeling. Along with palps, at times I'll feel like my chest is opening up more than usual.
Not to mention the nerve issue I have. Its my right foot, big toe. Just that one though. Its almost constantly numb. Gotten better. But its still there. Worries me.
I of course think I have a tumor in my spinal cord that's restricting how I've been having shortness of breath for months on end. And yet all of my tests tell me that I'm fine.

Hi Grace. Although scary and uncomfortable, all of those symptoms are common symptoms related to anxiety. Please don't feel that you're ever going to be bothersome to us.

Thanks for the reassurance. I don't know how to describe it. I just feel like im breathing in someone else's body. Or my legs are wobbly and heavy. The shortness of breath and the random aches and pains are the scariest.

One morning I was barely able to walk. It was so bad that my wife helped me go to the doctor where I had blood tests and even before the results came back, the doctor said it was my anxiety. I said "No, this is different, I can tell". Blood tests came back showing nothing and within the day I was walking normal again. I've been fortunate that I'm able to handle the panic attacks without having an emergency room visit. So now, when I get strange symptoms I'm able to attribute them to anxiety and each symptom goes away eventually. It's not that the symptoms don't feel very real, I just finally learned from experience that it's just an anxiety physical flare-up, wait it out and try not to worry about it.

Triceps is right - anxiety can cause a host of symptoms and sadly, our HA doesn't allow us to be able to differentiate between the realand the preceived symptoms or the true serious vs. the anxiety symptoms. It is a difficult road to travel.

Oh, triceps. I can't tell you how many times I've told my mom that. Like "mom, I know my body. Somethings wrong!" Turns out my brain is just a big fat liar. Even with my shortness of breath that scares me the most. All of this is bogus, to be honest. But I suppose.
And Robby, it'll be real long for me. I'm only 15. My heart is probably twice as old as me.

Had the same symptoms and thought i had MS. I went to a neurologist who looked at me as if i was crazy, he pratically told me not to make him loose his time. Since that moment, no more tingles.

Happens to me all the time. Doctors telling me I'm crazy, basically.
