Two hard painful bumps on back of ear. Worried

Has anyone had random small hard bumps form on the back of their ear? I noticed one earlier this week and thought it was a pimple, but now it is bigger and there are two of them. They hurt and I’m worried. My mom said they look cysts under the skin.

I get them myself as well. They are cysts underneath your skin and because it’s behind your ears, where the skin is quite tight, it hurts more. They seem to appear when I am very stressed in my case. Is there anything bothering you at the moment?

You see it’s not actually behind my ear, it’s actually on the back of my ear. I’m not really stressed about anything, I’m on summer break.
