Hi all,
My anxiety/stress is still causing me to pull out my hair. I’ve got bald patches everywhere. I’m so close to just shaving it all off lol. Any last minute suggestions before I do it? I would prefer not too.

Hi Chris. I'm sure you've already tried the rubber band on the wrist thing where you snap it whenever you find yourself wanting to go after your hair. That's the only thing I can think of. I works for me sometimes as I try to quit clenching my teeth all the time. Good luck and keep your hat on.

I think shaving might not be such a bad idea. I suppose it would keep you long enough from starting anything with your hair, to brake the habit. But like Triceps mentioned you would need to find something to replace this unhealthy habit with, otherwise you might start doing it again after your hair had grown again.

That's something at least. It might be enough to break the habit.
