total panic over vertigo

I suffer from health anxiety and over the last three years have started to get vertigo attached to my migraine. I of course have been to the doctors who gave me
tablets but they dont seem to work and dont want to go back incase they refer me. i get drop episodes where it knocks me to the floor. I am so scared and convinced I have a brain tumour. anyone else on here that suffers from vertigo.

I get it when i hyperventilate or have a panic attack not to that extent sorry your dealing with it what are the tablets
for?

Same i made an account last night and notice most people dont get replies or anything and i know just talkign to someone helps so im trying to reply and get some people to conversate . meds often dont kick in or amplify the issues before actually working did your doctor mention if they would get worse before they kick in? Do you notice a small increase before you start to recover ?

Oh my gosh, I used to get vertigo that scared me out of my mind, although I did not fall over. I know, it feels so real that I convinced myself my anxiety could noy have produced this. Convinced that there was physically something wrong with me.
Turned out to actually be anxiety. It feels that real because it is real. Anxiety can cause dramatic symptoms.
Do you think the migraines and vertigo are related? You can totally ask your doctor. I'm not especially worried about brain tumors being the reason behind your symptoms, since a lot of people have vertigo and migraines and brain tumor cases are a lot rarer. Brain tumors tend to be painless and symptomless as well (kinda unsettling I know).

I get vertigo too. I notice it gets worse when I am dehydrated, anxious and haven't eaten, or haven't been taking my vitamins. If I had to describe the feeling, it feels like I am going to fall through the floor, my limbs feel heavy, the room feels like it's spinning and I have a hard time walking straight. It makes me feel a little nauseous too. I've had some tests done but nothing really answered to why this happens to me. Do you take vitamins?

I get vertigo and so does my son. I was told anxiety can cause this. Also your inner ear could cause it. A lot of people get this. No one says it is serious, just annoying. And it scared me too. lol If anyone knows how to get rid of it let me know.

Has any doctor suggested MAV? It’s migraine related vertigo.
