Tooth Abscess and sepsis

So I have a bad tooth/nerve abscess and i'm freaking out!! My face and cheek are so swollen

Started Clindamycin yesterday afternoon and my face is still getting more swollen. I'm so scared that the antibiotics aren't working and i'm going to get sepsis

It happens, but it's very rare. I've had untreated dental abscesses (or at least one) resolve on its own. Not a good idea on my part, but I didn't know the dangers at the time. Yours will be fine. Continue taking the medication and follow up with the dentist as needed.
