Hello. I'm new to the forums and I'm just tired of feeling alone with my symptoms. My friends, family, and SO are super supportive and lovely, but support feels like it only goes so far? I don't want to be a burden I guess. I have anxiety and depression. I was on medication for it for over a year and recently got off it because of side effects. I was coping pretty well for a bit and I'm sure compared to before the meds I'm still coping well, but I feel like compared to when I was on the meds I'm not able to deal with it very well at all. I'm hoping that by joining the community I'll gain some perspective and feel like I'm not alone in the crazy things my brain does to me.
I live in the Sunshine State.
I'm in school for cyber security and I work in tech support.
I am an artist.
I like to lift heavy things, put them back down, and repeat.

It's nice to meet you all.

Hi and welcome AnonCryptd. Has both your anxiety and depression returned since getting off of your medication(s)? There's a wide-ranging group of anxiety and depression sufferers here. I try to leave heavy things where they lay.

@triceps
Yeah they came back a few weeks after I stopped. It was really frustrating. Bold words for someone named triceps.

@Cuchculan
Thank you for the welcome. I've been lurking for the past week and decided to take the dive.
