This tingling mostly by my right temple will seen to radiate and settle by my outer ear by my cheek and once in awhile radiate down my jawline. Strange that it almost always happens when I’m stationary or trying to just relax. Get up and move.....it seems gone. With my anxiety of health I know that I obsess and worry about this to the point I think I have a brain tumor or some other awful thing going on in my head. If I feel a strange sensation in my head or behind my ears I just shut down and almost have to force myself to function. Can anyone relate to this? It would be so wonderful to get back some positive feedback and solutions. Thank you all so very much for taking the time to read this and hopefully for your comments.

Yup. I deal with exactly that. Not to mention right side headaches and jaw aches and ear aches and eye aches and rapid heart beat. It’s just all anxiety symptoms. Esp since moving around makes it better. That’s a tension headache all day long. It’s a vicious cycle but it won’t fully go away until you relax. And it’s tough. Because when you relax your body is usually when your mind races and tightens your body more and plays into the tension more.

I just got over ice pick headaches, which are related to emotional distress and stress itself. and when you have health anxiety and worry about every little ache and pain this can just be a bad merry go round. They were in the top of my head and were sharp stabbing pains for like 10 seconds, and then my neck would start hurting! no fun at all! I have started trying to change my way of thinking and pushing EVERY SINGLE NEGATIVE thought out of my mind the second it comes in. and 3 days in and i think its working! I went through a really rough couple a weeks, so this is a nice break even if it's short lived! I'm sure you are perfectly well my friend! Anxiety is such a master shapeshifter, it can be anything you fear, or make you fear anything!

Thank you so much for your response. It’s calming to know I’m not the only one feeling this way. Wishing you well.

It's just hypersenzible nerves. The edge of nerves.. There are no neurological evidence of something, i have tingling on head, like adrenaline rush. I'm sayi g this because i pursue this tingling faciculation things and did like 7mri, contrasts, emng's, went to best neurologist in europe.just benign fasciculation syndrome with some minor issues with toracic spine and one litlle nonspecific migraine lesion on white matter. Blood tests on 10pages, autoimunne you name it. Was deficit with vit. D and high cortisol.lyme negative twice.
My therapy is 5-htp, l-tyrosine and ashwagandha. Esp ashwagandha helps with central nervous system symptoms..
This things will actually repaired your senzible nerves and boost serotonin, dopamine and gaba neurotransmiters, while antidepressant will sedate you and make your feelings and mind numb.

Since my last post I have been feeling just a little bit better, but then I’ll feel a sharp pain across my head that lasts only for a split second, but it’s enough to get my anxiety going. I hate this! My therapist was saying that it could be the neurotransmitters that is giving me these symptoms. Anyone heard of this? I began taking GABA a few days ago because I was told it can help the neurotransmitters. I have my fingers crossed hoping that this will help. I really talk to no one else about this because I feel like their thinking, “oh boy here she goes again“. All this does is make my mind go crazy with awful thoughts of brain tumors, etc. How I wish that I could just feel good and not dwell on something that may not even be worth worrying over.☹
