Am surprised you didn't post in all caps. I'll quietly offer some advice. I've never heard of any link between shouting and throat cancer. The shouting certainly could be irritating your throat but I truly don't believe you've got throat cancer. If you're able to give your throat a bit of a break by not shouting so much, there's a good chance that the irritation will lessen. Good luck with it.
I have to agree with @triceps your throat is possibly just irritated because of the shouting and you might have a cold coming on as well. I would just say if the irritation hasn’t gone by after the holidays maybe go to your dr and get it checked. Not necessarily because of cancer but you might have a throat infection.
