hello I am not sure if I have developed abit of ocd. me and my mum had an argument like a couple of days ago and it still affects me ow. I haven't seen my therapist in a long time as she doesn't reply to her text straight away soo im kind stuck here. what should I do? like I know that you cant change the past as thing have already happened but it wont go through my mind and my anxiety is telling me that you could of avoided that argument. sometimes I feel my mum doesn't listen to me. she always has to have it her way. what ae your thoughts on this?
