It is really nice to see this community growing. As we all go through our illnesses and overcome them. It is wonderful to be able to share each other's experiences. It helps us to find ways to heal ourselves. The support on this forum is unparalleled.

I feel so much love on this site it feels like home to me.I am so very glad that I found it.Now I am going to treat myself to some peanut butter (Reeses Cup) ice cream I think I deserve it dont I??

I went and polished it off,it lasted three days that is good for me when it usually last only two days.It had big chunks of chocolate and peanut putter candy in it,like reeses peanut butter cups.I also love chocolate.

Chocolate is a drug Carol! One little cube is apparently enough to give you its effects. It is a feel good pick me up natural drug so it's a good one. So eat lots of it and feel very happy. I think I may just join you in a cube or two!

I love a good hot fudge sundae with whipped cream and a cherry on top,or perhaps a banana boat.Or a root beer float.Care to Join me?We could go and take a nice trip down to the beach maybe watch the sunrise.I would love that >To bad they cannot bottle the sunrise or sunset because I know that would make me calm.

There hasn't been much sun here the last couple of weeks and I'm getting anxiety attacks for seemingly no reason. I wonder if the lack of sun has an effect on me too?

Well, I've got lots of ice cream in my freezer, and some ginger beer. I've got Dandelion and Burdock open at the moment. Perhaps that with a nice bit of vanilla ice cream. I always love to make a float in the hot weather. I just had some cream soda delivered too and that was especially to make floats with. Yep! I love them so joining you in one today, but no beach today as it's too chilly. I think it will be a late summer here in the UK.

I ran out of icecream next week when i do get paid i can order some more I have flavored water it is taste awful just like beer.Even my friend said it was horrible.I will stick to Poland Springs they have strawberry flavored water I will give that a try should get it tomorrrow,I love Jet that is where I do my online grocery shopping.It is 80 inside so I just turned my ac on.I got a pot roast for dinner today from meals on wheels.You have to be in your sixties to get that and unable to go out .I get about two meals a day and sometimes they give me three.I got cheese ravioli today so I just put it in my freezer I would rather have the ones with the meat but hey .To bad it is to cold for the beach.I remember going down to the beach as early as six am and it would be cool and foggy out but I loved it because I got to see the sunrise and the water was so calm like glass.

Yeah, the sun on the sea first thing in the morning is really an awesome sight to behold. The way it glistens it is just like glass as you say. No one is up and about at sunrise so it is always so peaceful having the beach to myself.

I've only got a small freezer, wish I had a chest freezer but it'll do what I have. I've filled the top drawer with different flavours, including a lemon sorbet! I like to have a couple of scoops when it's nice and hot. It's good you have meals on wheels, they do that here in the UK too for people who can't cook because they are too frail or need it. I'm just happy to be able to get my shopping delivered. Funny I used to be a cook for 30 years but now I can't be bothered to cook much for myself. I think that is due to the depression though.

You are going to love this well I did my dream came true about going down to the marina.My driver Lois asked me if I wanted to go there and of course I said yes.It was so peaceful and relaxing.Boy would I ever love to have one of those boats.There were plenty of ducks around.I got my tow lobster rolls along with a chocolate milk shake with shipped cream on the top. Once I get more ice cream maybe i can make myself a small milk shake.
I love meals on wheels and the lady who brings me my meals is so darn nice too.
