Mine is a bit different. I tend to get depressed whenever I remember being hurt in the past, like whenever I remember how I was hurt by a certain person. Although I've forgiven that person, I just can't help but to still feel upset every time his mistakes cross my mind. Perhaps it is simply because I'm having a hard time letting go with something that have hurt me in the past. However, even if it happens to me (getting depressed when remembering something from the past), I never regret anything that I did or might not did in the past and still be thankful with what I have now :)

Being nostalgic is a mix of happy and sad mood. In my younger years, nostalgia is more of sad and I couldn't explain why. Remembering even the good old days when I was young and enjoying life with my friends make me sad maybe because I miss those days. There were times then that I would feel depressed when I think too much of the past especially when I am beset with a problem, my mind would wander to the past and I would not notice that I would be crying. That's why I do not want to be alone when I have a big problem because of that nostalgic trip.
