Well, I have been really focusing on exercise. I was only able to do 2 minut3s on the treadclimber. Well, I'm up to 4 and I did that for 6 days. Today I added a minute. At 440 I was thinking I can't do this but I made it to 5. After, I had a really hard time getting a good breath in when I was catching my breath. I went into panic mode. Calmed myself down. Afraid I'll be stuck at 4 and never improve. Had some bad news in the family so been trying to process that.How is it going Jen?
I have been meditating consistently and I have also been using a Tens device to stimulate my vagus nerve via my ear for two 15 minute sessions per day. So far, it is going very well and I feel a lot of improvement. The meditation is absolutely key for me and I feel that the vagus nerve stuff is surprisingly effective.
