Hi! I'm Hope. How are you? Life has been tough. A lot of tears shed. But I'm determined to keep the hope and the good plan ahead of me and my family. I look forward to being as honest, truthful and in touch with realities of life as I can be in this Anxiety Community.

Thank you! :)

Hi Hope, what a great name you have for someone with anxiety ... It can be a constant reminder that no matter how bad things get, there is always hope for change. :) Of course, I hope that doesn't annoy you that I pointed that out. Maybe you have had that told to you all your life.

Anyway, welcome to the board! It's great to have you here. This is a very welcoming and helpful community. I have been here a few weeks and have already found a lot of comfort and friendship in the people here. I hope that you find the same.

Hi @MelloCat No, not at all annoyed. I think, as I grow older, I've grown some thick skin that help strengthen me over the years-- learning from my mistakes as I go along with life. You are right, "Hope" is my constant companion reminding me that no matter how bad things are, there is always hope to become better. Thank you!

I'm sure, support and understanding are the characters of every person here in this site. Thank you, again!
