I've been exercising every morning, trying to eat healthy, drinking fresh blended fruits/veggies and ending the day with a candle lit bath. It's very relaxing.
I have been focusing on reading actual books rather than reading anything on my phone. I have been putting my phone up on a shelf for long periods of the day so I can be more present with my family. And when I get a spare moment, I will pick up my book instead of my phone.
