Hi @Hopelove24 welcome to the forum.
For how long have you worked as a teacher? I can image that it must be hard feeling like this especially because you are responsible for your students. Is it possible for you to pin down what exactly is triggering it or is it a general feeling?
I'm a teacher also, first grade, and can totally relate. I'm so worked up in the mornings and just try to survive the day. Some days are ok and others just awful. I have a very active and talkative class and that makes my anxiety spike. I've considered quitting more times than I can count. I'm here if you need it!
Also, sometimes I have to give my class an independent activity and I go sit at my desk, sip water and do these breathing exercises where you inhale through your nose for 5 seconds then hold for 1 exhale for three. Youndontbis until you hold for 5. Then you go down, 5,,4,3,2,1. There are many videos with breathing techniques that help anxiety.
