I wanted to compare symptoms. Lately my stress and anxiety has been pretty bad. My symptoms typically include the common ones associated with anxiety. For me I classify anxiety and panic as 2 different things. When I’m feeling anxiety it starts with obsessive thoughts. Then ill have butterflies in my stomach nearly all day. Then it will lead to that feeling where I can’t take a deep breath and I’ll have to yawn or feel like I have to yawn and my yaws won’t happen or they’ll start and then get interrupted half way through. Also I get small heart palpitations, they’re really light and fluttery and typically happen as I’m feeling the butterfly feeling in my stomach but not every single time. Or sometimes it’s the other way around, the flutter comes and then the butterfly feeling. Some days I’ll be not having any anxiety, well at least I think I’m not but I’ll still get physical symptoms and when I feel those symptoms then the wondering thoughts come and then anxiety beings to set in. Does this happen to anyone else, some times the feelings come in reverse. Sometime it starts mental and goes physical and other times it’s physical and then goes mental. And then with panic is just that’s, pure panic. I’d love to hear everyone’s feed back and how they cope. Thanks for taking the time to read this.

Also wanted to add that sometimes I’m so focused on the negatives in life even when there’s nothing negative. It’s like negative thoughts/feelings but your mind is blank... if that makes any sense. And it’s usually on these days where I’m really emotional. I feeling like and do cry a good portion of the day.

Anxiety is really a b*tch.
Funny enough, the symptoms you describe are rather similar to my own.
For me it’s a feeling of dread or impending doom, even though everything seems fine.
I tend to think that when all is going well and I’m lucky, that something terrible is lurking around the corner. This obviously destroys the good time I have and the prophecy fulfilled itself.

Your anxieties are leading to panic attacks. This happens to me too. Especially if I have to go out I start to get panicky closer to the time and end up breathless and feel like I'm going to pass out.
