Sudden lightheadedness

Just about 15 minutes ago, I experienced something very weird. I was watching television and without moving or anything felt a very weird sensation in the front on my head/face. Pressure is what I would describe it as. Little lightheadedness came and went quickly and everything has subsided other than the fact I was worried I was having a stroke.

Anyone experience things like this?
