What would be the issue with accepting it’s anxiety and trying to work on controlling your anxiety? If you’ve been thru all the tests and nothing has shown up, it screams anxiety. It won’t get better until you accept that and stop looking for another answer.
We've been over this, haven't we? Subjective sensations of "heaviness" are incredibly common and don't signify anything sinister. It's 100% caused by anxiety, I promise you.
