I went to a conservation park today with a friend. Figured if I wasn't going to be able to leave the city before my days off ended I could at least try find something quiet and away from the city noise.

I think it definitely helps me with anxiety and I want to do this more often but I also don't want to do it so often it loses impact.

Do you guys try to go on bush walks, conservation parks or other areas that make you feel close to nature?
How often do you think works best?

I am trying to make it spontaneous, but I am hoping I can do this at least once bimonthly.

My dogs get walked in a beautiful area at the back of my village. There is a huge lake and although it is a bit overgrown, we go and pick the berries and just walk the pathway. It is really lovely to see it sometimes in snow, or sometimes different shades of reds, browns and yellows. Whenever I come back from a walk I feel great and uplifted.

If I were more able to, I probably would love spending time out in nature. But at the moment, I spend it in our area of the town that has trees, streams and other stuff.
