Well that's ******* hilarious.
Living with and Overcoming Rabies-Related Anxiety
Overcoming rabies-related anxiety or OCD is a journey that requires patience, persistence, and support. While professional treatment is often a crucial component of recovery, there are several strategies that individuals can employ in their daily lives to manage their fear and work towards a more balanced perspective.
Building a support system is essential in this process. This can include:
– Trusted friends and family members who understand your struggles
– Support groups for individuals with phobias or OCD
– Online communities focused on anxiety disorders
I have no irl friends that are understanding, family members that understand but are ******* annoyed by it. No support group for the ocd, just a psychologist. As for the Online communities focused on anxiety disorders, I've been ******* banned from most of them. And most of the good ones. The last group I really liked, I somehow got banned on discord because I was banned on reddit. Over a mother ******* affiliate link and it was put in right spot of where it should went. Then a month later some ******* admin banned me with no warning because of the mother ******* reddit ban. Then when I sent the appeal, the ****** didn't even ******* read it and just rejected. Who apparently gives a flying **** that it was bot ban on reddit. But this ******* admin didn't give a **** and probably even read it. So no I have almost no mother ******* support groups to goto. I was never asking people to fix the fears, I just needed to people to talk about it and get it off the chest. Now I can only get some ******* weak servers that tell you put your fears in some place where nobody goes to talk about the fears.
