So tired of feeling like this!!

Woke up again in panic mode. I am doing my relaxation techniques. I just want to feel "normal" again. I am honestly thinking about inpatient help to get my brain fixed. I am getting depressed because I'm not getting better. I am.on medication and seeing a psychologist. Please help.

Just got up for work myself had a small episode in the shower talked myself off the edge. It’s terrible I know but it will pass just like it always does. I’m going to see a therapist like you suggested so know that you have helped me make a move I was embarrassed to do

there's absolutely nothing to be embarrassed about! you'd go to the doctor for an injured foot... why wouldn't you go for an injured brain? therapy is awesome and very beneficial if you put in the time and find a therapist you trust.

i know it's tough. sorry you're still experiencing so much anxiety. try not to get frustrated. don't give up. i'd never discourage someone from seeking inpatient therapy if they thought that was necessary - i've been there too (never actually needed to do it, but thought i was getting close) do what's right for you and discuss everything with your therapist.
