I’ve always been extremely paranoid, anxious and fearful over my irrational thinking. It’s been like this my entire life, and I’m afraid I got myself trapped in this viscous cycle once again. There are many physical symptoms I’m experience that are terrifying me and I don’t believe they’re actually related to anxiety or stress.
Unexplained weight loss, although I do admit I’m not eating as much anymore, chest pain & difficult breathing, stomach pain, tingling around the hands & mouth when my breathing becomes erratic, constant itching, dry hands when I’m at work, sometimes seeing a blue light or random floating dots, fear of eating that I developed and so forth.
For a little context, I’m a 20 year old male. 5’9, 160 pounds, however, I used to weigh 180 last August.
I’ve been to my primary doctor last December and I asked for a physical, only for the results to come back normal with everything being fine. I pressed further, curious and scared, and he told me that everything was negative and that if something was abnormal then that would be cause for alarm, but I had nothing to be concerned about.
Half a year later, and I’m still feeling this symptoms. I’ve been rushing to the hospital two, maybe three times a month for the past 7 months with my symptoms. Every time they do a blood test, urine test, X-ray or ekg’s it’s always the same results. Normal, negative, nothing to be concerned about.
Then I went to Kaiser last month (I have Anthem Blue Cross) and they told me I didn’t have anything. I’m scared that I might be crazy because every time I go, it’s always the same results... except for last week. My blood sugar was 150, compared to my usual 80 but they told me not to worry since I was stressing out and had anxiety it caused it to spike, but that doesn’t make sense.
I’m not crazy. I’m tired, I rarely sleep, eat or function without being afraid or worried. Everything is getting harder.
Are blood tests, urine test, xrays or ekg’s prone to errors?
