So phone call was really helpful. I’m booked in for a group therapy next week this morning was the first morning Ive woken up feeling mostly ok. Not anxious at all today. I think it’s lifting. 9yrs of different situations have just built up and I snapped I think. I feel a bit like this is a new start. And I’m starting by doing the things I need to, to make me happy. Hope uv had a better day. Did you call them up?

That’s really so amazing! I’m sure that makes u feel better instantly, knowing you can call someone. Glad the good vibes helped you Hopefully you can start to get a grip on this with their help. Maybe even make it go away!!!! Yes it’s more like a lecture than a sharing group therapy. Learning CBT techniques. Think it will be good to be around likeminded people & it means doing something different which is good for confidence. I’m looking forward to it. Hope you have another good day today! It’s miserable here but that means movies and snacks!

Oh, I'd love to make it go away completely!! I've got my cbt thing on Wednesday, through the nhs. Sounds exactly the same as yours. Whereabouts are you? It's miserable here too but I'm a gardener so it just means I'm gna get soaked!! Movies and snacks sounds awesome, and yes, the good vibes really helped!

Me too. I’m feeling a bit anxious again this morning. Trying to shake it off. Still it’s been a couple of good days soooo ... yes mines through the nhs too. I’m in Hampshire, guna be a rainy day. I don’t know how people work out in it lol! I love the rain but not being out in it!

Yes I’ve had some very clear good moments so I’m focusing on those right now! It will be ok and I will be ok. I would love to actually just don’t think the kids would appreciate me dragging them out in it!! yea I think it’s guna be a wet one all over UK today!
