Just a small update on how I'm doing...
Saw the doctor on the 4th of the month. He said that based on my blood work I was healthier than most 35 year olds he saw, and I shouldn't have anything to worry about. My lungs were clear again and no swollen nymph nodes. He told me to keep trying to lose weight and eat better.
However, the chest discomfort/irritation thing still never completely went away and it still gives me anxiety. I actually coughed up mucus again this morning, and I haven't done that in a while. But then later I exercised some, and took a nap- and felt much better. The past few days I have had the urge to spit a lot, almost constantly at times. This bothers me but spitting is at least better than vomiting up mucus I guess. Over all each month it does get better and better but ugh it's just taking foreveeeer to heal.
Now I have this fear it's bacterial bronchitis and I need another antibiotic but I'm probably just overreacting as usual. I also went to the other health clinic to pay one of my bills and the receptionist said there was 2 people with the flu before me, and she made me rub my hands with hand sanitizer. But it just put me in a bad mood for the rest of the day, and was paranoid I caught something.
Some days it's better than others and there doesn't seem to be any rhyme or reason to it, except for temperature and stress levels I suppose. Trying to figure out all the triggers so I can avoid them. Bright side is I've been exercising more and still losing weight.
