I had a dream I believe it was this morning I felt I couldn’t wake from it like I felt myself trying to wake up from the nightmare but couldn’t was it sleep paralysis? I read anxiety can cause it.

Just before we wake in the morning or just as we are going to sleep we can have lucid dreams. They seem so real. Like it is happening to you. But you are part awake and part asleep. Can frighten some people. Because of how real the dream might feel. But they are harmless.

I've always believed that dreams and nightmares are harmless. Hence, when I have a nightmare, it doesn't freak me out by the time I've woken up.
