Skin Tag

Hi, I have had a skin tag for as long as I can remember - it is in my armpit. However, it recently started to grow and has become irritating!

I am too afraid to go to the doctor for removal. I think it has become twisted, so hopefully will turn black and fall of on its own...

Well I would say I have never had a skin tag that has fallen off on its own... I'm not sure if it works that way, but maybe I'm wrong though. Why are you too afraid to go to the doctor? Because you would think it would end up to you getting a bad diagnosis or just that you feel embarrassed?

Yeah, just afraid of any tests or anything...

Unfortunately I would say you need a doctor to help you remove it... No matter how much I mess with my own skin tags, they never just fall off... Especially when you say it's of a bigger size.
If we think rationally, I believe you would be anxious of a possible disease even if you don't go to the doctor since the skin tag would still be there... So maybe it's best to get some answers?

Apply castor oil daily than cover with band-aid. It will fall off soon.

I've also tried the "tying floss around the skin tag" method too, it worked but it took quite a bit of time.
