Lately whenever i take a shower i get so nervous. Do any of you guys also experience this? Like the second i get into the bathtub i start kinda having a panic attack. My heart starts racing, i get short of breath, i get hot and flush. So then i tend to rush and do it quick to get it over with. Once im out and dressed the feelings start to subside

I went through this exact same thing for a couple of months last year. My heart rate would get so high and I would literally rush so fast to get in and out. I think I had a fear in the back of my head that I was going to pass out or lose consciousness in the shower, especially when I was home alone. It randomly subsided after some time

I had this when I was younger because I was terrified I would notice something weird on my body and it would turn out I was dying.

I was dealing with this about 3 years ago. The water temperature "hot or cold" will change your heart rate and your breathing pattern. The best thing to do is know that it's normal for that to happen and try to relax. I promise when you do that it will became much easier. Try not to overthink it.
