So....a couple of days ago I woke up and when I moved my neck either way my right shoulder, like all over hurt sooooooo bad! This had happened a couple of weeks ago and it went away in like 2-3 days, figured it was just the way I slept! Well, this one has gotten better but it has been about 5 days and I still feel pain when I move my neck either way. What if it’s a tumor like in my shoulder or shoulder blade? I’m just freaking out.

What if that's just anxiety talking (because it almost certainly is)? That happens to me often. It can take a few days to correct itself, and sometimes may take a week or more.

Well, it’s been over a week and the pain is there and kind of worse actually. Now I feel it whenever I move, so that would mean it’s probably muscular and therefore not cancer....or so I try and tell myself. Inside I’m thinking that it’s breast cancer that’s spread. I’m freaking out. I called the chiropractor, which normally calms me down but I can’t get in until late August so I’m a wreck. Plus I just had to move this weekend, plus my boyfriend is leaving for two weeks because his grandmother passed away, plus I just got a job less than a month ago, plus I still can’t taste very much due to COVID still! Hahahaha I’m such a mess y’all. Honestly sometimes you just have to laugh about it instead of cry about it...but due to anxiety I’ll be doing both simultaneously. ;)
