Classic anxiety symptoms. High blood pressure is typically asymptomatic, so you likely wouldn't feel any symptoms from it. You have some stress and worry, thus you're feeling this way. Try to eliminate the stress, or learn how to better cope with it, and the symptoms will gradually go away as well.

I can reassure you that those are all anxiety symptoms. I myself go through the same thing 24/7. I know it’s hard and only gets your mind working about what could it be or something serious is happening, just know you aren’t alone... many people are going through exactly what you are right now. Try deep breathing exercises!

Have you been evaluated by your doctor for heart disease risk?

If you have been looked at by your doctor I’m sure that’s something that they could tell. And if you haven’t been then maybe that’s something to go to your doctor about and maybe get it checked out to make you feel better about the situation.

i have in the past, and she told me if it was anywhere worrisome or life threatening i wouldve known. i am 22 so she said the likely hood of any risk for heart attacks are very little, my rhythms with 9 EKGS have all shown no irregularities. and my bp was always lower than 135 meaning the big number i always have had normal blood pressure even with an anxiety attack present. blood work for the annual stuff has always been normal
she also said at any time the palpitations or high heart rate didnt calm down that would be something to worry, however i am in control of my heartrate sometimes takes a full hour to an hour and a halfish to sometimes 30-40 minutes to calm it down.
so she said thats not something anyone can do with heart problems
im not convinced with the proof. and i dont know why...

If you're not already in therapy, that's a great place to start. If that's not feasible, I recommend researching Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and other techniques used to treat anxiety. Acceptance, mindfulness, meditation, etc. You won't feel better without a lot of patience and time and effort. It won't disappear on its own.

Annoying, for sure, but they don't have to be scary. Once you are able to accept that your body will always being doing some weird crap, and that it's rarely harmful, you'll be much better off. I understand the struggle though, I definitely do. Sorry you're so worried, but hang in there, you'll get through it.

They are definitely scary and annoying for sure. Deep breathing really helps bring your heart rate down when anxiety attacks are happening. I’m literally just like you. Im 21 and I have had a ton of EKG’s done and they all come back normal, blood work normal, all kinds of tests known to man normal. And I still feel like there’s something they are missing cause I’ve been feeling sick and like crap for 2 years still... but getting on medication and going to therapy has really helped but most of the work that needs to be done for you to get really better is all on you which is scary and the hardest thing for me to understand.

I went through same things that you did, a lot of EKG's, EHO, stress tests and several blood works, all of those doctors are telling me that I am wasting mine and their time, they said that I am perfectly healthy, but my mind thinks differently.

You are fine, just don't give up, it will get better. Just remember, the doctors told you that you are healthy, go with that.
