Ive been having a lot of bad days but it’s been like this since my anxiety started in 2004. I was bored and went on a site looking up opinion on why some people suffer and all these people stated it was karma from last life and now I’m a wreck cause I’ve been worrying about all that stuff for long time. They say you can’t escape karma and that anything that happens to you is your fault in another life it makes me pissed off that people would have nerve to say that all my suffering and anxiety and worrying I’m dying everyday is karma for what I supposed did in another life it’s messed up. I’m scared of doing anything now or any thought. I don’t know what to do I’m worried it’s true and that I’ll never enjoy anything

Load of BS. People use the whole Karma thing when they need to. Bit like breaking a leg. Is that Karma too? No. That is you breaking a leg. Having an accident. Nothinf Karma about it at all. Same goes for anxiety. What used to happen before Karma existed? no doubt they blamed it on something else. Not keeping the Gods happy. Is all a load of BS. Just ignore all stuff like that. No truth in it at all.

All a load of BS. Do we blame all our bad days on Karma? That is an easy cop out of an excuse. It is as simple as we have good days and we have bad days. Why bad days? Because they just happen. Nothing got to do with Karma of start charts or Gods or anything else you might read on these sites.

Supposed to be from our previous lives or something I don’t want to believe that but what if I’m wrong

A lot of people use "Karma" casually to refer to good or bad luck. Regardless of your Faith or Religion, accidents and unforeseen events happen to everyone. There are unexplainable "Acts of God" that simply cannot be ascertained, however they are quite rare. What truly matters is knowing yourself and being true to your Faith/Creed/Religion or lack thereof and disregarding any casual or secular references to concepts like Karma.
