Scared......hand/finger shaking

Hi everyone,

Lately I have been experiencing tiredness/weakness in both my arms. My neck muscles ache and my left hand feels tense and have fingers/hand shaking. I'm worried sick, could this be something serious?

I actually get this too, I notice it more when I’m really really stressed out.

I am a competitive strength athlete and either with bad anxiety or panic attacks I get this. Very normal when under those conditions.

Thanks a lot. After having my kidney removed due to cancer, I'm finding it very difficult to cope. Every symptom is a death sentence in my mind. I have really had enough.
