Been doing better with accepting that I have health anxiety as of the last day or so. I’m 15 and just got an appointment scheduled for Sat with a therapist. Today at school wasn’t so great though. This was my first time having a gym class in about a week due to schedules. With my heart fear I haven’t been as involved in gym as usual bc my heart is beating fast almost all the day when I’m going about my day. I usually am calm and my symptoms come involuntary. Noted I hadn’t had an anxiety attack since MLK Day. During gym i noticed my right ear was hurting for a quick sec. At the end of gym however, I got that warm “uh-oh” feeling. My heart was fast but not as fast as it usually is during an attack, and I felt a bit weak and anticipated passing out. But what really alarmed me was a new symptom: as soon as it hit I felt like I had to spit up blood. I could taste it all in the back of my throat. Haven’t been using Dr. Google for answers as of late if they aren’t related to anxiety. Heart and blood has been checked out as of last month. Been having weird feeling in fingers as a new thing too. Weak muscles, feel like crap all the time. Feels like a setback because my mind is worrying it’s something else again. Based on my history/genetics/etc. it points to anxiety and chronic stress, but still can’t help but to feel like I haven’t had all my bases checked...
