I was actually doing pretty good. I got an increased dose of Zoloft, now 100mg. It's definetely been helping. But I began worrying again. I didn't take my medication beforehand so I doubt it was a side effect. I was drinking water. But we ran out of bottled water so I got some ice, let it melt and drank that. I got worried when my grandma informed me it was tap water. Then I unfortunately googled. Haven't done that in a while. Then I got to all the harmful chemicals in the water. Then I stood and got dizzy, feeling as if I needed to throw up when I stood and walked. Got to worrying it was already affecting me. Now I'm still worried. I've also been taking more naps recently. But I'm mostly worried about the dizziness.

Sounds exactly like one of my panic attacks after googling!!! As soon as I feel a chest pain or a headache coming on I start googling and then the pain gets worse and I feel exactly what you’re describing. Lightheaded, and extremely dizzy. Almost like I’m going to faint. The top of my head feels tingly. Likely the googling made your body go into panic mode and made you start to feel dizzy (my doctor described it to me). The continued dizziness is likely exhaustion from the stress and worry. Not to mention panic attacks alone are exhausting. I hope you find comfort in knowing you’re not the only one who gets like this and what your experiencing was likely a panic attack. Also I’m on Zoloft too!
