Raspy feeling in my chest

I have perpetual shortness of breath. That's just a given. Let's not even mention the feeling I get in my chest snd throat sometimes. It's so raspy and dry. Like the gutteral cough of a smoker. Its like a wheeze, almost. But it's not. It just feels like it could produce one. But I only do it if I make myself cough or whatever. It's just highly uncomfortable. Not to mention my breathing feels terrible. It feels like I could stop at any second. It feels unsatisfying aswell. It's so, soooo bothersome. On a regular basis.
I've gotten tests done. Chest x ray, EKG, and some blood tests. Ones that check on blood clotting factoes and the like. Its all normal. My anxiety says otherwise, of course.

Hi @Grace360

Same exact thing happens to me. I go to the dr and they look at me weird like 'why are you here, you're clearly a healthy young man' but there is almost always a strange/weird feeling in my chest that is hard to explain. Sometimes it's there and sometimes it isn't... doesn't seem to be much rhyme or reason to it, but it does get better if I keep myself distracted with doing something. I don't know if I'll wake up with the feeling or not.

Lately I have been avoiding dairy and it seems to have been helping it, dunno if that is just completely psychological or what you know, but it helped me somewhat.
