I have been doing a journal now for years... I mark the date/time and then put between -
1 - 10 , 1 being little to no anxiety, 10 being severe anxiety that day...

I try to write all the things that I ate, how well I sleep the night before and anything stressful that I have been dealing with...

I noticed that on the nights I sleep poorly, that next day is a struggle mentally... My thoughts are negative and I find myself challenged most the days..
Anyone else here relate?

Typical anxiety. When we lack proper sleep, we don't have the energy to fend off anxiety. That's why they say proper sleep is important for people with anxiety / depression. This is true for me as well.

Ive actually made and also have seen quite a few threads on how lack of sleep and anxiety run hand in hand. I actually can have strange occurrences that can lead to panic attacks from lack of sleep

I'll have to check some past threads... yea it's pretty funny how from one day to the next I'll feel completely different... All about sleep for me... and not going to start taking any sleeping pills...

It seems that majority of them time when i drive for a long trip through the night, i get to where i am, i may try to take a nap but will wake up in a panic attack/ derealization feeling. Combo of sleep and being out of my surroundings

Poor sleep can cause a lot of issues including anxiety. You could look into melatonin to help with sleep. It's a natural supplement that helps a lot of people.
